LeadSafe Homes Program Homes Program
Need help addressing lead hazards on your property?

The Program provides financial assistance to eligible homeowners to remediate their property for lead. Either homeowner or tenant can initiate the remediation process.

Rhode Island homeowners may have cesspools, substandard septic systems or are required to tie-in to existing sewer lines.

Loans of up to $50,000 are available for families and caregivers of people with developmental disabilities for home modification.
