RIHousing’s Community Lending programs offer affordable financing to help homeowners maintain, repair, and improve their homes. These programs support safety, accessibility, and essential upgrades, helping Rhode Islanders protect their investment, strengthen neighborhoods, and keep their homes safe and livable.
The Program provides financial assistance to eligible homeowners to remediate their property for lead. Either homeowner or tenant can initiate the remediation process.
Loans of up to $50,000 are available for families and caregivers of people with developmental disabilities for home modification.
