You have been participating in either the Housing Choice Voucher of Project Based Voucher program.
You are a first-time homebuyer*
*For purposes of this program, a first-time homebuyer is defined as a family in which no member has owned an interest in a residence during the past three (3) years. This definition also includes a “single parent” or “displaced homemaker,” within the meaning of federal law that, while married, owned a home with his or her spouse.
